今天，您将向美国人民庄严宣誓就任美国第44任、第56届总统，在此我们向您表示诚挚的祝贺。
我们是致力于推进中国人权和民主事业的中国海外维权组织，近年来，中共当局对中国持不同政见者和宗教活动人士和气功组织厉行高压政策，制造了无数的冤狱和破碎家庭，中国反政治迫害同盟在复杂的环境中克服阻挠和压力，为无数处于迫害中的中国持不同政见者、网络自由人士、宗教活动人士等送去了关怀和帮助，获得了广泛的社会支持和国际人道主义援助。
在全球政治和经济一体化的当今世界，人类对和平、繁荣、正义的追求不会停止，这是人类的共同目标。您在芝加哥的演讲中提到“对于那些将世界四分五裂的人们，我们将打败你们；对于那些渴求和平与安全的人们，我们将支持你们。美国真正的力量源泉来自信念和理想，民主、自由、机遇以及永不放弃的希望”。我们衷心祝愿并真诚期望总统先生在您的任期内能够努力实现承诺，让世界恢复对美国作为建立民主的领导者的尊敬，并且为各国树立人权、道义和正直的榜样。

Letter of Congratulations to U.S. President Barack Obama
Respectful President Mr. Barack Obama:
Today, you will take an oath solemenly to American people to take the post of the 44th President, the 56th consecutive quadrennial president of the United States. We here would like to formally congratulate you on your victory.
We are the Chinese overseas anti-political persecution alliance who has made every effort in promoting the democratization of Chinese human rights conditions. In recent years, the authorities of the Communist Party of China has made countless unjust verdict and broken family to the Chinese dissident, religious campaign personage and Qigong groups in its cruel persecution. In face of the tremendous difficulties and obstruction and pressure under complex environment, we made our full support with the extensive social support and international humanitarian aid to solicitude and help Chinese dissident and network free personage religious campaign personage who is in persecution.
Human beings will never stop seeking for peace, prosperity and justice in global politics and economic integration which is the common goal of mankind. You had mentioned in Chicago: To those who would tear the world down-we will defeat you. To those who seek peace and security-we support you. The true strength of our nation comes from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity and unyielding hope.
We sincerely hope that Mr. President can realize promise with great efforts in your term, to recover world’s respect to America as the leader to establish democracy, and to make America the model country of human rights, morality and justice to the world.
