尊敬的洛杉矶法庭法官们：
你们好！
闻悉长达7年的何南芳诬告张宏宝案（案件编号Case Number: GC031624），在张先生去世近4年时间的2010年5月18日将继续庭审，值此开庭之际，作为一名张宏宝先生的亲传弟子，一名熟知原告何南芳卑鄙行径的中国东北地区的中功学员，今天，谨代表中国大陆全体中功弟子、近4000万中功学员们向尊敬的洛杉矶政府和当事法庭发出紧急呼吁。
我们呼吁洛杉矶县政府还给遭受政治迫害的中功团体和组织一个公道，主持世间正义；呼吁洛杉矶的当事法庭给为中国民主、社会进步事业，以及世界和平做出重大卓越贡献的张宏宝先生以公正的审判！
这起案子审了这么多年下来，几乎所有的人都已经心知肚明，全世界的人、只要不是具有和“孩子”一样的智商，都该判断出这起案件绝非是一起一般普通的民事案件！众所周知，这起民事案件是江泽民邪恶势力借助民事案企图打垮为中国争取民主自由的张宏宝先生和他旗下的国际中功总会、天华文化集团组织而进行设计的连环政治缠讼案。案件的起诉人何南芳正是受江泽民邪恶集团下面的中共间谍阎庆新的指使，上演了一幕可悲、可耻、可笑，还可叹的“活人告死人”的闹剧；很显然，这恰恰为这起简单的民事案件真相的实质进行背书，使该案件稳稳当当的定格在“政治迫害”的大背景的既定事实之上，任凭谁也都无法颠倒其黑白、抹杀铁铮铮的事实。
我们清楚地知道，江泽民这邪恶势力是要想通过这起案件,最终要给我们定下“黑社会”的罪名,便于其更加明目张胆的在中国大陆对我中功修炼团体和组织继续以彻底的打击和迫害，这是政治迫害在美国的延续。
中功修炼团体在中国大陆具有4000万中功弟子追随着张宏宝先生，在这4000万弟子的背后，包括每一个人的家庭在内，将有一亿多的人口构成了巨大的中功受益社会群体。也许这些人在中共邪恶势力的眼里不被认为“算个什么”，这在一个丝毫没有自由、没有人权的国度里，我们深感无可奈何；但在美国，一亿多的人口意味着什么？我无法准确估量,但我知道，在美国这个数量的选票足以影响和决定由谁来当选美国总统了。
尊敬的洛杉矶政府官员们，尊敬的洛杉矶当事法庭的法官们，各位掌握行政权、司法权的先生们、女士们，难道你们为了一己私利真的想要把这4000万中国人民定为黑社会的成员吗？真要把这一亿多的中国人民推向水深火热的绝境之中吗？
不，这太不公平！我要强烈发表呼吁！
我作为中功功法和天华文化的实践者之一，可以见证所有中功弟子都是守法公民，所有中功组织全是合法机构；《中功益国利民十大功业》就足以证明一切，所有天华人都将无愧于祖国，无愧于中华民族，无愧于中国人民！如果这起案件，邪恶势力撒旦(Satan)的阴谋得逞，那将是历史性的“巨冤”；主爱世人，难道就不爱我们这些善良单纯的人吗？！
现在，江泽民邪恶势力在中国已经影响甚微，邪恶集团的阴谋已被揭穿，均为中国人民和世界人民所不耻；今天，唯有你们能够秉持智慧之剑，为全体中功弟子和组织团体讨回公道、伸张正义！
由此，在这里关于此案件我们强烈要求就以下三点事实给予查证确实，我想查证结果必然也会对你们做出公正的判决，提供事实依据和正义道德力量！
我们强烈要求如下：
1、作为原告何南芳的家乡人，我们深知何南芳确实有过精神病史（在上个世纪70年代两次住院，其亲生父亲也曾患精神病入住医院）；现在有关何南芳的医疗档案在医院已经属于高级机密文件；据了解，提供证据资料的人员因此受到牵连，工作已被辞退。这一点，当年和何南芳一起学功的功友们，均可以作证。故此，我们诚恳的希望法官和洛杉矶县政府安排医院的专家对何南方进行精神病检查！如果确诊，请你们尽快地给予人道主义医治，以免延误。
2、2002年12月底在华盛顿DC的总会尊师亲自举办海外一传班和其他功友一起练功时，何南方趴在地上狂笑不止，时间延续近半小时，深知功态反映现象的张先生后来问何南芳：“你以前是不是得过精神病？”，何南芳承认了，并向师父张宏宝先生表示要忏悔过去，痛改前非，不仅承认自己有过精神病史，而且她的女儿还是她和她的公公，即：何和她丈夫的父亲所生，此行为乃属于乱伦，极其道德沦丧。谨此，我们希望法官和洛杉矶县政府对她和她丈夫、女儿进行DNA检测，以确定事实。
3、我们清楚地知道：何南方的丈夫崔永泰和女儿崔琛朴是中共党员和团员，并不符合去美国的条件，我们认为何南芳一家三口的这一做法，属于欺诈行为，是在藐视和践踏美国的移民法律；请美国相关部门给予调查和处理。
在中共邪恶势力江泽民、阎庆新操控下的何南芳诬告案已经整整持续了7年，极大地浪费了美国人民的纳税钱，我们诚恳地希望法官在了解以上事实真相之后，再行处理该案件，圆满了结此案，避免不必要的开支。我们将会通过各种途径，实质性的给美国各州、总统办公室和全球的民主国家发布对以上这些问题的基本看法。
然而，邪恶的撒旦(Satan)总是具有极强的诱惑性和欺骗性：撒旦(Satan)具有邪智、且有计划的引诱初信者，甚至是企图引诱基督犯罪；他的作为充满诡诈，因为知道自己在地上时日无多，就极其气愤，他定意要打败基督徒，他设下计谋，要让使徒跌倒。
我们深刻的清醒认识到何南芳的本性及其背后主使的本质，他们就是来到人间的魔鬼撒旦(Satan)。何南芳性情刁蛮，好欺善诈，淫荡乱伦。何南芳全家来美后，因生活拮据，张宏宝先生曾出钱帮她租房、购车、安排专人教她练车；她丈夫在餐馆打工脚受伤后，张宏宝送给她丈夫适合餐馆打工穿的新鞋；她女儿找工作前，张宏宝教其求职注意事项；何南芳腰病复发时，张宏宝把弟子送他的纳米高科技腰带送给她。可谓，张宏宝先生对何南芳恩重如山。如今，何南芳恩将仇报，这些不合常理、违反常规、不近人情的行为，令人发指，足以见证其和撒旦(Satan)的同一本性。
事实上，在过去的三年时间里，中功组织过去管财务的多名老员工在国内都遭到了盘查逼问，有的被抓捕入狱至今仍被关押，明眼人一看就知道是政治案件用经济犯罪的形式处理。如果官司的结果不利于整个组织，那么面对法庭的判决，国内的弟子将如何度过这场劫难？我们一再重申：我们最感兴趣的是修炼，但我们需要生存权，我们希望有尊严地活着！
四十多起政治连环缠讼案的设计者们巧妙地利用了美国的司法漏洞，在张先生离世4年以后中功组织连生存都举步维艰的情况下仍不放过，目的在于彻底摧毁这个要为人类健康、为世界和平做贡献的组织。如今，在阎庆新的操控下，何南芳的律师继续向法庭索要中功组织在香港的钱财，这不是“司马昭之心，人尽皆知？！”
今天，全世界的人都将要看着美国人究竟是如何实践先人的普世价值理念，历史在验证美国人的真正智慧,考验其是否还具有贪婪的卑劣属性。中国有句俗话叫"抬头三尺有神灵"，我相信基督耶稣就在我们的头顶上注视着我们，观察每一个人的内心和思想，主能窥见并辨识每颗内心的善良与邪恶。
当美国总统的那双巨人的手放在《圣经》上进行宣誓的时候，全世界的人都已经看到美国先人们的普世价值一直以来都在向世人展示着无穷的力量和无边的智慧、释放无限的魅力。4000万中功弟子、一亿多的中国人民姑且相信美国人的智慧终将战胜撒旦(Satan)，打败“邪恶”和“贪婪”，因为我们知道，主已经启示我们：神终将要获得最终的胜利。
其实，美国当今的领导者奥巴马先生，似乎开始认清了“撒旦”的本来面目，扯去魔鬼的那张画皮。张宏宝先生曾在2005年发布《中国致命杀手锏和全球军事战略目标》一文，就已经延迟或避免了江氏邪恶势力的世界争霸战争，挽救了几十亿的美国人民和其盟国的人口；今天，美国人会如何对待曾经拯救过自己的大恩人呢？4000多万的中功弟子及其一亿多的中国人民的命运又将何去何从呢？我们将拭目以待！
最后，我谨代表全体中功弟子和我们的组织（天华文化集团、国际中功总会、天华修院）向洛杉矶县政府的官员们、及洛杉矶的当事法庭的主审官们，再次希望你们谨慎考虑我们的最强烈的要求，彻查何南芳上诉三项基本事实，延后庭审；同时，表示我们最最诚挚祝愿，愿主眷佑您和您的家人，祈福心善之人久久平安。

How are you！
On hearing the civil case Nanfang He VS Hongbao Zhang (Case No.GC031624) has lasted for 7 years since March 15, 2003, and there still will be a court day scheduled on May 18, 2010 after Mr. Zhang Hongbao had passed away for 4 years. As a pro-disciple of Mr. Zhang in the Northeast China, who knows clearly about Nanfang He’s despicable acts, now appealing urgently to the court, to the Los Angeles County and to the US government on behalf of nearly 40 million Zhong Gong disciples and its over 100 million supporters all over the world.
We appeal for your upholding the justice to the Zhong Gong organizations who have been suffered from CCP’s political persecution for over 15 years. We appeal for fair adjudication to Mr. Zhang Hongbao who had made outstanding contribution to Chinese democracy and social progressive cause, as well as world peace.
It is clear to all that this categorically false case is absolutely not a general civil case since it has been interrogated for so many years. Anyone with intelligence can tell that this case is one of the interlink political vexation suits designed by Jiang Zemin’s vicious force who made use of the civil case, attempting to beat Mr. Zhang Hongbao and his cultural organization International Zhong Gong Headquarters as well as Tian Hua Culture Group, who strive for democratic freedom for China. The plaintiff Nanfang He plays slapstick of living accusing dead instigated by CCP spy Yan Qingxin who serves for Jiang Zemin’s vicious force. What a shameful, lamentable and ridiculous farce! Obviously, this civil case which looks like simple is telling people the truth for endorsement, to have approved the fact that the case is under the big background of political persecution for sure. Nobody can confuse right and wrong to obliterate the irrefutable fact.
We know clearly that Jiang Zemin’s vicious evil force is attempting to convict the cultivation group Zhong Gong organization “R.I.C.O.” under the guise of this civil case, in order to crush with impunity upon Zhang Hongbao’s Zhong Gong organizations in mainland China. This is the continuation of political persecution in the United States.
Mr. Zhang Hongbao is regarded as the spiritual leader with 40 million followers of Zhong Gong disciples and supported by over 100 million people who got advantages from Zhong Gong methods. They had formed a huge circle of Zhong Gong beneficiaries in the society. Perhaps the CCP vicious force thinks these persons “nothing”, especially in the nation without freedom and human rights what made us can not be helped. But in the United States, what dose it mean a leader with over 100 million supporters? I can not appraise accurately, but I know, in America, the votes of this quantity are enough to influence and decide who will be elected the President of the United States.
Respectable government officials in Los Angeles, respectable the judges in the courts, ladies and gentlemen with administrative rights and judicial powers, do you really want to be the accessory of the CCP vicious force to convict the 40 million people to be the member of R.I.C.O, just for your own interests? Do you really want to push the 40 million people to a misery hopeless situation?
No. This is extremely unfair! That’s why I am appealing here.
As one of the practitioners of Zhong Gong methods and Tian Hua Culture, all the disciples are the law-abiding citizens, all the enterprises are legal institutions. The articles “Zhong Gong’s Ten Great Achievements that have benefited the Nation and the People” can sufficient prove all. We have nothing to reproach ourselves for history, for nation and for Chinese people. If the civil case carried out the plot of CCP vicious force (as known as Satan), it would had become a “historic unjust case”! God loves the people in the world, doesn’t God love our kind pure Zhong Gong disciples, does he?
Nowadays, Jiang Zemin’s vicious force is getting weaker and weaker, and their frame-up has been exposed to the public. People in China and all over the world regard them shameless. Today, you are the only one who can uphold the justice and redress the scales for the Zhong Gong disciples and organization with the sword of wisdom.
Thus, regarding Nanfang He’s civil case, we strongly request to verify the facts to the three questions, which will help you to make fair judgement, provide you evidences and the power of moral justice.
Three requirements are as follows:
1. As the fellow townsmen of plaintiff Nanfang He, we know clearly that she had been hospitalized twice for mental disorder (during 70th, last century, and her father had been suffered from mental illness too). Now the hospital where Nanfang He had ever stayed had locked up all the medical records of Nanfang He and kept them as high-grade secret. The person who provided us the copies of the records had lost his occupation. The disciples who had practiced Zhong Gong with Nanfang He can prove her relapse of mental disorder. We sincerely hope that the Judge and the county of Los Angeles will arrange a psychiatric examination for her. If she is certified insane, please give her humanitarian treatment as soon as possible to avoid delays.
2. Mr. Zhang held a class in Washington DC by the end of 2002, when training meditation with others disciples, Nanfang He suddenly fell to ground and kept laughing for half an hour. Later Mr. Zhang who knew clearly about the reflecting phenomenon of Qigong practicing questioned Nanfang He: “Have you ever been suffered from mental illness?” Nanfang He admitted. She told Mr. Zhang that she wanted to rectify her wrong deeds in the past. Nanfang He not only admitted that she was suffered from mental illness, but also admitted that her daughter’s biological father is not her husband, but her father-in-law. Nanfang He’s behavior has committed incest, she is extremely wicked and profligate. We hope that the judge and the Los Angeles County will carry out DNA detection in order to determine the fact.
3. We know clearly that Nafang He’s husband Cui Yongtai is a Communist Party member, her daughter Cui Chenpu is a league member. Nanfang He had cheated the immigration of the United States to apply visas for her husband and daughter. We think that Nanfang He’s family three of them had carried out a number of frauds to defy and override the U.S. immigration laws. We ask the American related departments for investigating and handling this case.
Nanfang He’s frame-up civil case has been lasted for over 8 years under the control of CCP’s vicious force Jiang Zemin and woman spy Yan Qingxin, which has greatly wasted the American taxpayer’s money. We sincerely hope that the Judge will handle the case to a satisfactory end to avoid unnecessary expenses after finding out all the truth. We will also publish the basic views of this case through various channels to every States of America, Office of White House, as well as the democratic countries in the world.
However, vicious Satan always has strong power of temptation and deception. Satan had evil intelligence, he attempted to lure the beginner who believed in Christ, he even attempted to lure Christ to commit a crime. His behavior is full of quirkiness, he got angry when he knew he was no longer in the world, so he made up his mind to defeat Christians, played tricks to let them tumble.
We are clearheaded to understand the nature of Nanfang He and the essence of the vicious force behind her ─ the devil Satan who have arrived the world. Nanfang He’s characteristic is importunate, unruly, rough, always bullying the weak, fraudulent acquisition of other’s property, immorality of incest. Nanfang He was too short of money to survive her family since her husband and her daughter had arrived at Los Angeles. As the boss of her, Mr. Zhang paid her for the rental for one year, bought her the Cadillac vehicle, arranged someone to teach her how to drive, bought her husband new shoes for working in a restaurant after he was injured, gave good advise for her daughter to find a job, present her a new waistband made of nanotechnology for her lumber disease recurrence. Mr. Zhang had done deep favor to Nanfang He and her family, but ingratitude Nanfang He requited Mr. Zhang’s kindness with enmity. These unreasonable disgusting irregularities showing Nanfang He’s Satan nature what made every Zhong Gong disciple angry.
As a mater of fact, in the past three years, tens of old well-known employees who were in charge of financial affairs of Zhong Gong organization in mainland China had been interrogated, some of them were locked up to jail. People with wisdom know clearly that CCP always carrys out political persecution by convicting economic crime. If the judge of the civil case disadvantages the Zhong Gong organization, how can the disciples in China survive from the disaster? We have reiterated again and again that we are most interested in cultivation not politics, but we need the right to live, we hope to live with dignity.
The designers of the over 40 political vexation suits had made evil use of loopholes of the justice in America, they won’t let off even after Mr. Zhang had passed away for over three years while Zhong Gong organization can hardly make a living. What they want to do is to serve the purpose to beat the Zhong Gong organization completely which wants to make great contribution for human health cause and world peace. Under Yan Qingxin’s control, Nanfang He and her attorney went to Hong Kong to ask for the money belongs to Zhong Gong organization. What does it mean? The villain's desire is obvious.
Today, people all over the world are watching how the Americans realize the ancestor’s concepts of universal values, the history is verifying the Americans genuine wisdom, testing whether it still has greedy despicable property. There is a Chinese proverb: “the day has eyes, the night has ears”. We believe that Jesus Christ is always with us, looking at everybody upon the head, observing each heart and mind. God can identify and discriminate kindness and viciousness inner each heart.
When the U.S. president place his great hands on "Bible" and swear, the people in globe can see that the ancestors universal values have been showing infinite strength and boundless wisdom, releasing infinite glamour. 40 million Zhong Gong disciples and over 100 million Chinese people tentatively believe that the Americans will win over Satan with their intelligence, defeat viciousness and greediness, since God has already given us the hint: God will win the final victory eventually.
In fact, today’s leader in the U.S Mr. Obama seems to have recognized the real face of “Satan”, a devil without camouflage. The new work “Chinese Communist Party’s Post-Nuclear Super Weapons and Its Geostrategic Goal” written and published by Mr. Zhang Hongbao in Feb 2005 had delayed or avoided the world hegemony war launched by Jiang Zemin’s vicious force, and it had saved billions population in America and its allies countries. Today, how will the American people repay the benefactor who had ever saved them? What fate has in stored for next for 40 million Zhong Gong disciples and over 100 million Chinese people? We will wait and see.
Finally, I would like to express our most strong requirement to the officials in the Los Angeles County, as well as the judges in the Los Angeles court, on behalf of all the Zhong Gong disciples and our organization (Tian Hua Culture Group, International Zhong Gong Headquarters, Tian Hua Xiu Yuan), please think it carefully and investigate the three basic facts thoroughly regarding Nanfang He’s case mentioned above, before you make a decision at court.
