About Three UK Mobile security issue of Mr a Keji Xu

Please see how three will reposed my complaints following issues:
1. I put in the wrong post code, it still got through the three advisor.
2, My phone is dropped down line every 10-15 minutes. This amount attacked must be monitored by Three security team.
3, why my pictures space showed 3.3Gb, why did in the summary space of picture showed is 0Gb.
4, which third party is intercepted my phone? When am complaining to the PALS on the Phone line, I have not finished my complaint. Third party can come to ask me why you are complaining now. This happened 3 -4 times within last month.
5, before, Three complaint team manager Mr Brasad called me on 05/April/2013, he told me there is no third party or government's agents who hold a legal documents of signed by time then home security Theresa May or court orders for taking my personal data.
