Re: Donald Wang, (Hongbao Zhang), the Deceased

Dear Judge Hendrix:
This letter is respectfully written to you to present my following opinion which I might have presented if I had been given an opportunity to testify during the prior hearing.
As a senior assistant to Master Hongbao Zhang, looking into his private life is not part of my professional duties under normal circumstances. However, being a devoted friend and an observer from close reach through our long term personal friendship, our casual conversation taking place either while working together or having drink together involved broad based subjects including such topics as friends and women, the perpetual topic for men. I have never heard that Mr. Zhang had ever such a term as ?°fianc¨?e?±, neither have I heard the name ?°Yuhua Wang?± or her alias, i.e., ?°Hua Xiazi?±, had ever appeared in Mr. Zhang??s name list of women. I saw Ms. Wang personally appeared in a social gathering once in Pasadena, California with many other participants, meeting with Mr. Zhang. Based upon my observation, I have inclined to conclude that there were no signs of romance, passion, or affection between Ms. Wang and Mr. Zhang. I believe many other people around Mr. Zhang may share the same observation with me. If there were really certain chemistry between the two, it might have occurred after July 31, 2006. I humbly suggest that in order to protect Mr. Zhang??s reputation and for the best interest of Mr. Zhang??s family, his entities and his public image, certain caution may be needed to verify what Ms. Yuhua Wang alleged. To ascertain that this claimant is telling the truth, instead of fooling this Honorable Court by presenting perjury or willful misrepresentation, both her written and oral testimony under oath need to be examined carefully. For such critical documents as what she alleged ?°4 wills?±, if any, a forensic, laboratory examination may be recommended, if going through probate.
1. Ms. Wang testified that she communicated with Mr. Zhang many years ago when Mr. Zhang was still in China and in his heydays. She may still keep her lover??s letters, pictures, greeting cards, etc. It??s reasonable to require that she shows them to the court, even though such an alleged communication may not be relevant to her eligibility as an heir, but it may be relevant to her credibility.
2. By my knowledge and all document shows that, for recently three years, Ms. Wang lived in Washington DC while Mr. Zhang lived in Pasadena, California. ?°Two lovers?± should always be touching by at least one of modern communication methods. Any one of the phone bills, regular mails, email messages, etc. could strongly support her claims.
3. Any joint photos and vocation records will clearly indicate that the couple was in love and in hot.
4. As a fianc¨?e, she should release information about their engagement, for example, witnesses, ceremony, engagement ring, etc.
5. Ms. Wang claimed that Mr. Zhang left four wills for her. As we know, one is good enough. So far, she has not released a single copy of anyone of those wills. Please verify the wills one by one. If anyone is real and true, she would have been crowned to be our ?°QUEEN?± next to later Master Hongbao Zhang.
6. Without obeying and respect to this Honorable Court??s orders addressed to all other matters, this woman noisily cried, including launching nasty and vicious slanderous personal attacks against me. I categorically denied these attacks and they are just part of her smear campaigns under which too many from our community had fallen into victims. I was keeping silent because I was in your court and was not allowed a chance to speak out. It is not exceptional for Ms. Wang to yell name callings everywhere. This woman has both the reputation and propensity in acting extremely oddly, out of touch, and out of control. As a result, few are desirous to get close to her, let alone Mr. Zhang.
If you will confirm the duty to public fiduciary, I am also glad to hearing to your earlier decision. I will be standby for any calls to assist Raena Honan carrying out her duty if it is your decision. As to me, if I am ordered by this Honorable Court to take care of Mr. Zhang??s funeral and other matters, I will be willing and able to invest sufficient energy, vigor, resources to arrange all these matters, even it means that I must find source to do it by myself.
If you think that I should bear this duty, please kindly let me know at your earliest convenience. I will carry out my duty legally and morally. I also appreciate if you would grant me another hearing scheduled soon later. I will attend it not matter how hard the journey and how bad of the situation.
