I love our instructor Jean Hollander's voice although she thinks low of me to skip Dante's Inferno and take a shortcut directly to Purgatorio. I only read briefly Robert Pinsky's new translation of Dante's inferno. Dante put a Catholic Pope in Hell and get away with it. Imagine that!
