阎庆新，女，64岁，四川人。1988年因子宫肌瘤等病接触中功并得到张宏宝尊师亲自治疗，痊愈后未学功便拜入中功门下。有着十四年总参特工经历的阎庆新看到中功的发展前景遂加入机构工作，分管财务。和平时期担任卧底危难时期倒戈相向，在江泽民政权巨大的利益期许和权利欲望的驱使下，背叛恩师，亲自操刀站到了前沿指挥针对尊师的斩首行动。

在从业的十三年时间以及到美国后的九年时间里，阎庆新对张宏宝尊师和中功组织犯下了十一条罪状，配合江氏政权暗害尊师，企图彻底摧垮中功组织，劣迹昭著，人神共愤。十一条罪状为：1、欺师灭祖，叛离宗师，蓄谋暗杀；2、欺诈；3、偷盗；4、向中共传递情报，要求密捕中功上层骨干；5、恐吓；6、恶意利用美国司法，策划组织四十多起政治缠讼案件；7、诬陷、诽谤、人格扼杀；8、违反反黑法案；9、非法资助；10、阻挠、破坏尊师的后事、安葬事宜；11、伪造证件。

中功是名门正派，阎庆新的种种劣迹违悖宗师训诫，丧失了最起码的人格，没有道德底线，危害本门，祸乱社会。为重振宗风，经国际中功总会全体董事会决议，一致通过从2009年7月1日起将中功门内的叛徒、败类阎庆新正式清除出门。

希望其他弟子引以为戒，严格遵守所在国家法律，注重功德，恪守师训。为复兴东方文明，造福人类多做贡献。

Expulsion Instruction

Yan Qingxin (aka Tian Jing), Female, 64 years old, born in Sichuan Province. In 1988, she was lucky enough to meet Zhong Gong (Chinese Super Qigong) special medicine and its founder Master Zhang Hongbao who cured her uterus myoma and some other diseases which had made her suffer much. She became one of Mr. Zhang Hongbao’s apprentices after that, although she did not really learn the Zhong Gong methods. Having found the merit of Zhong Gong development, she applied for a job in Zhong Gong organization and Mr. Zhang asked her to take the responsibility for part of finical affairs. Before this, she had served in the Secret Service Agent in the army (General Staff) for over 14 years. In peacetime she acted as agent provocateur, and in calamity period she turned to a renegade. She betrayed her Master and benefactor to command the decapitation in the front in the origin of desire of power and the huge profit given by Jiang Zemin’s evil regime.

Between the period from 1988 to 2009 (13 years working in Zhong Gong organization and 9 years in America), Yan Qingxin had committed eleven crimes including: 1. Blasphemous and destroying religion, traitorous action, Premeditate to assassinate  2. Fraud  3. Grant theft  4. Delivery of information to the Chinese Communist Authorities to request for immediate arrest of Zhong Gong high level leaders  5. Threats  6. Malice uses American administration of justice to design over 40 political vexatious suits   7. Slander   8. R.I.C.O Violations slander per se  9. Violation of Californian acts on human rights and privacy 10. Obstruct and destroy funeral affairs, bury matters   11. Perjury. She cooperated with Jiang Zemin’s evil regime to murder the teacher, attempt to shatter Zhong Gong organization thoroughly. She is notorious and resented by both people and gods.

Zhong Gong is an eminent and decent organization. Yan Qingxin’s various misdeed has deeply harmed the organization and endangered the society. She had disobeyed Master’s teaching totally, living without the most minimum personality and morals base line. In order to revitalize Zhong Gong organization, the board of directors of International Zhong Gong Headquarters Inc. has made a decision consistently passed by everybody on July 1st, 2009 to take the betrayer, degenerate Yan Qingxin’s name off the organization.

We sincerely hope that everybody will learn a lesson from this to obey the state law strictly in the countries where you live, emphasize merits and virtues, and observe Master’s teaching and advice so that we can devote ourselves to revive eastern civilization, benefit mankind and contribute for world peace.
